Keto-Friendly, Low-Carb Asian Foods

The ketogenic low-carb diet is a great way to lose weight, but it can also be extremely limiting in what you can eat. Meals that are high in carbohydrates, like many Asian foods, are generally off-limits since you could end up surpassing your daily carb limit in just one meal. Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower can be used to create a keto-friendly version of rice that tastes almost exactly like the same thing and has a very similar texture, too.
